Cell Phone Amplifier - providing stronger wireless signals

Since the dawn of technology, man have had one common problem in all its transmissions of signals and that the loss of signals and methods of boosting it. In cell phones, to overcome the issue of boosting this weakness, what is required is an amplifier. And for the case of a mobile, these are accessories known as a cell phone amplifier. As the name implies, they are used as an amplifier to boost the strength of the signals, what in turn boosts the performance of the mobile. These days, wireless communications work on the principle of converting analog signals to digital signals and vice-versa. On the multiple instances of such conversions, the signal strength drops and it would be necessary to boost or amplify the signals.

The booster used to amplify the signal can occur at two places; the antenna tower and/or the cell phone. In the case of the antenna, there is a cell phone antenna booster at the foot of the tower and it is connected to the antenna by cables. All signals emitted or received by the antenna gets a boost before going to the predetermined cellular phone user. Of course, all this happens at high speeds.

Usually, in spite of this system of boosting the signals, the wireless signals do get weakened and it travels through air and other medium. As such, in deep basements or at areas some distance away from the tower, cellular phones tend to lose their capability to operate efficiently. In such a case, a portable booster is available in the form of an amplifier or external antennas that when connected to the cell phone, boosts the digital signals around and thus make it possible to use the cellular phones conveniently at such places.
